Various antibiotics

Antibiotics can be classified based on the target compound and the work order kimiawinya. There are six groups of antibiotics [1] viewed from the target or targets of (name of the example given by the English spelling of the name has not been all in indonesian, indonesian or doubt it):

* Inhibitor bacterial cell wall synthesis, including the penicillin, Polypeptide and Cephalosporin, for example, ampicillin, penicillin G;
* Inhibitor transcript and replication, including the Quinolone, for example, rifampicin, actinomycin D, nalidixic acid;
* Inhibitor of protein synthesis, including many types of antibiotics, particularly from the Macrolide, Aminoglycoside, and Tetracycline, for example, gentamycin, chloramphenicol, kanamycin, streptomycin, tetracycline, oxytetracycline;
* Inhibitor cell membrane function, such as ionomycin, valinomycin;
* Inhibitor other cell functions, such as sulfa or sulfonamida groups, such as oligomycin, tunicamycin, and
* Antimetabolit, such as azaserine.
